Weaving Pattern Maker, drafting app

FREE app that seems to work thru Firefox (I haven’t checked any other browser) that is a handy dandy bit of drafting software. Plus it is free <G>

And easy to use…

Plus the drafts are saveable. Don’t think it can drive a computer dobby system, but it is great for all other uses <G>

Padding Glue

Make Yer Own paper tablets. Office supply stores will print and cut your paper to size.

Get 2 big binder clips, pile o paper trimmer flat on one edge.

Clip paper together near the trimmed edge.

Apply goop. Let dry. A second coat maybe needed.

Let dry

You get the supplies and mix up padding glue. A lifetime supply costs less than a bottle of the commercial stuff. It softens by reheating.

Pour 1/4 oz. (1/2 Tbsp.) of unflavored gelatin into 3 Tbsp. boiling water. Use a whisk to stir mixture until it has dissolved and no grains of gelatin are visible.
Add 1 Tbsp. vinegar and 1tsp. glycerin. Whisk for 1 minute of until thoroughly mixed.
Pour mixture into storage jar and allow to cool to room temperature before use. The mixture will be a jelly‚Äźlike consistency when ready to use.
If mixture becomes too stiff to work with, I threw it in the microwave for just a little bit until it went back to the jelly consistency.
